Acrylic painting attempt

I have never used acrylics before so I have no idea what I am doing! This is a 8 x 10 canvas board and I am using Galeria.(W&N) My only issue at the moment is the brightness of the colour, I am struggling to find a natural hue

    I don't use acrylics (or oils) so can't help but, from what I can see here, the colours don't look too unreal - the trees looks really good. The grass may be a little bright but once you start adding colour to the foal it will probably balance out? Look forward to seeing this one progress
